Davian Hoffman

Davian Hoffman, Founder, brings extensive investigative experience and deep expertise in the burgeoning field of social media threat intelligence to the Oleander Consulting team.

Her career as an investigator in private sector corporate environments has made her a trusted partner to security, legal, and human resources professionals navigating the vulnerabilities presented by our modern digital lives. Davian understands the risks and challenges inherent in the social media landscape, and enables her clients to set social media priorities and protocols based on data and practical analysis, rather than reaction or confusion.

Davian has worked extensively with myriad social media monitoring software platforms, including programs for threat monitoring, digital footprint mapping, and social media security and privacy training. Her social media threat intelligence expertise includes product analysis and recommendations, program design and customization, SaaS onboarding, and training.

Dr. Stephanie Leite

Stephanie Stein Leite Psy.D. is a forensic psychologist practicing in Connecticut, and President of the New England chapter of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP). She is an adjunct professor in the doctoral psychology program at the University of Hartford teaching forensic psychology and integrated assessment. Dr. Leite’s practice is primarily focused on conducting risk-based evaluations for the juvenile and family courts as well as on threat assessment and management. She especially enjoys training non-psychologists. She has presented up and down the east coast on topics related to threat assessment and management.

Dr. Venezia Michalsen

Venezia Michalsen, Ph.D. earned her doctorate in Criminal Justice from the CUNY Graduate Center with a focus on Gender and Crime.  She worked for a number of years as the Director of Analysis and Client Information Systems at the Women's Prison Association (WPA) in New York City.  For the past ten years, she has been a faculty member of the Justice Studies Department at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ.  Her teaching, publications and speaking engagements focus on incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women, children of incarcerated parents, human trafficking, and progressive corrections and reentry policies and programs.
